The Brașov Social Assistance Directorate is launching its annual heating assistance campaign for the winter season 2026-2027. Vulnerable consumers can receive heating aid from November 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, and an energy supplement throughout the year. Eligibility for heating assistance is based on monthly net income, with specific thresholds for families and individuals. Applications must be submitted by November 20, 2026, to receive aid starting November 1, while late applications will begin from December 1. The amount of assistance varies depending on the heating system used, and additional energy supplements are also available.
