Apa Brașov plans to install a photovoltaic power plant at the Brașov Wastewater Treatment Station to partially meet its energy needs. The project includes 726 solar panels on rooftops and available land, aiming for self-consumption and reduced electricity purchases. The system will have a total capacity of 399.30 kWp, with energy storage capabilities. Panels will be installed on three buildings and on the ground, oriented for optimal sunlight exposure. The installation will connect to the existing transformation point at the facility.
