The bonds, traded under the symbol RBRO33, consist of 1,250 bonds with a nominal value of 600,000 lei each, maturing on August 13, 2033. They offer a fixed interest rate of 7.538% until 2032, after which it will become variable. The funds raised will support the bank's general activities. This issuance received a Baa1 rating from Moody's, indicating investment-grade status.
