His business began in the 1990s with currency exchange and evolved into a network of loan agencies. The 2008 economic crisis prompted a strategic shift towards enhancing customer experience and agency operations. Iordachescu continues to invest in Romania while planning to expand Tezaur's network with 100 new agencies in the coming years.
