Transelectrica: Turbina cu Gaz 1 a Centralei Mintia a fost sincronizată la sistemul energetic național SEN pentru prima dată cu succes

The Mintia Combined Cycle Power Plant successfully synchronized its Gas Turbine 1 with the National Energy System for the first time, marking the start of testing. This facility, set to be the largest gas power plant in Europe, has a capacity of 1,700 MW and is being developed by Mass Global Energy Rom. Initial tests showed a maximum output of 135 MW. Further adjustments will be made in the coming weeks, with additional testing planned to optimize performance. The integration of over 1,000 MW into the National Energy System is expected by the end of 2026, enhancing energy production capacity.
