O "cârtiţă" chinezească pentru metroul din Belgrad e blocată în România din cauza nivelului scăzut al Dunării - Economica.net
A tunnel boring machine for Belgrade's metro, made in China, is stuck at the Romanian border due to low Danube water levels. Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali expressed hope that construction of the metro line will be completed by the end of 2029, followed by inspections and tests. The machine weighs 1,800 tons and is over 100 meters long. Work has also begun on a station near the Pancevo bridge, where a second machine will be installed. The construction of the second metro line may start in 2028, with a total of about 70 km of lines planned for completion in the next decade.
