One United Properties plans to build a mixed-use tower over 100 meters tall in Bucharest, making it one of Romania's tallest residential buildings. The site, located on Barbu Văcărescu Street, spans 5,755 square meters and was purchased for 10 million euros. The project will feature four basement levels, ground floor, and 25 stories, with commercial spaces and offices. An international architecture competition will be held for the design. The developer has a significant portfolio in the area, with ongoing projects valued at approximately 360 million euros and a planned development worth 130 million euros.
