In the Tineretului neighborhood of Sector 4, a newly constructed sidewalk has already been disrupted for further work. After the installation of fresh asphalt and new curbs, it was discovered that underground cables needed to be laid, leading to the sidewalk being cut open again. Local journalist Flaviu Crișan documented this situation, highlighting the inefficiency of public spending. He pointed out that despite knowing about the need for cables, the construction proceeded without consideration, resulting in unnecessary rework. Residents echoed his concerns, recalling similar issues with previous installations, emphasizing that the disruption remains regardless of who is responsible for the repairs.
