Rusia spune că a vândut Europei hidrocarburi de peste 320 de miliarde de dolari, din 2022 încoace
Russia reported selling over $320 billion in hydrocarbons to European countries since 2022, despite sanctions due to the Ukraine war. Vice Premier Aleksandr Novak stated that European nations purchased $21.3 billion worth of Russian hydrocarbons in the first nine months of 2026. Some countries, including Slovakia and Hungary, have exemptions to buy Russian oil via pipelines. The total does not include hydrocarbons reaching Europe indirectly after being processed in third countries like India and Turkey. U.S. officials criticized Europe for continuing to finance Russia while claiming to support sanctions. Novak estimated Russia could supply 3 to 3.5 million tons of hydrocarbons monthly, similar to pre-crisis levels.
