Identitate și cultură românească în diaspora în Malta
The Romanian Orthodox Community and Parish in Malta are launching a project to promote Romanian identity and culture among the diaspora from July to October 2026. Funded by the Department for Romanians Abroad with 270,000 lei, the initiative aims to strengthen cultural ties and educate younger generations about Romanian heritage. A key event will take place on October 24, 2026, at San Anton Palace, highlighting Romanian identity and historical connections with Malta, particularly focusing on Queen Maria of Romania. The project includes cultural and educational activities, aiming to foster a sense of belonging and enhance cultural dialogue between Romania and Malta.
