Parchetul General a trimis în judecată 16 ruşi acuzați că au folosit acte false pentru a obţine cetăţenia română

The General Prosecutor's Office has indicted 16 Russian citizens for using falsified citizenship certificates to obtain Romanian identity documents. The accused allegedly used fake documents claiming they were Romanian citizens to acquire Romanian birth certificates and identity cards. These documents were purportedly issued by various Romanian consulates and embassies. The prosecutor has requested the annulment of the fraudulent citizenship certificates and related civil status documents. Additionally, 1,702 identity cards have been annulled due to fictitious residency claims. The case has been forwarded to the Câmpulung Moldovenesc Court, and six previous plea agreements have been made regarding similar offenses.
