Irinel Ionel Scrioșteanu, the state secretary, reported that construction on Lot 3 Nord of the A0 Bucharest Highway is over 97% complete. He inspected the site from the A0-DN2 junction to Lot 4. Key updates include the installation of the second asphalt layer on the DN3 overpass, completion of road markings, and ongoing work on safety barriers. Traffic on DN3 will be redirected for further construction. The project, funded by EU resources, is expected to be operational by October 20, 2026, connecting major highways and localities in Ilfov County.
