CNAIR announced that the TollRo platform is now functioning normally after resolving initial technical issues. Drivers who couldn't pay their fees due to these issues will not face fines. However, sporadic technical incidents may still occur. The system, introduced on October 1, 2026, applies to heavy goods vehicles over 3.5 tons, with fees based on distance, vehicle weight, and emission class. While the platform is operational, it has experienced payment processing difficulties and communication errors with external databases. Users are advised that the exemption from fines does not mean they are exempt from paying the TollRo fees when the system is functional.
