Burse pentru elevii de liceu din România care vor să studieze un an în SUA. Memorandum, semnat de ministrul Educației

The Romanian Minister of Education and the American Councils for International Education signed a memorandum to provide scholarships for high school students to study in the U.S. during the 2027-2028 school year. This agreement allows up to 70 Romanian students to study in U.S. high schools, while 20 American students can study in Romania. The scholarships will be funded equally by both governments. The selection process for candidates will begin in November 2026. The FLEX Global program, initiated in 2015, has seen a growing interest from Romanian students, with over 18,000 applications submitted from 2015 to 2025. The FLEX Abroad Global program, started in 2024, allows American students to study in Romania, fostering educational exchanges between the two countries.
