ANRE inaugurează „semaforului” furnizorilor de energie
The National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) has approved a new procedure for energy suppliers to handle customer complaints, introducing the Complaint Management Index (IGP). This regulation aims to create a transparent framework for managing complaints and informing customers about resolutions. The IGP will classify suppliers based on their complaint handling performance, considering the total number of complaints received and resolved. ANRE emphasizes that this initiative enhances consumer choice by allowing comparisons not only on price but also on service quality. The IGP will be reported quarterly, with color-coded ratings reflecting performance levels. This measure aligns with the European Commission's Citizens Energy Package, promoting transparency and consumer trust.
