Transporters are requesting the suspension of TollRo fines until the end of the testing period due to ongoing technical issues with the system. FORT-IMM ROMANIA is advocating for a sanction-free period until October 14, 2026, citing significant malfunctions in the TollRo system. Despite some issues being resolved, many remain, affecting communication with RAR and DGPCI, map data errors, and payment processing. CNAIR acknowledged these technical incidents and stated that affected transporters would not be penalized, although the obligation to pay TollRo remains. FORT emphasizes that honest transporters should not face fines for system deficiencies during the testing phase, which began on September 16, 2026, and is expected to last at least four weeks.
