Filtrarea traficului de către motocicliști ar putea fi reglementată oficial în Codul rutier. Ce reguli sunt propuse

A legislative proposal aims to officially regulate traffic filtering by motorcyclists and moped riders in Romania. This would introduce clear rules for maneuvering between stationary vehicles in traffic. The proposal defines traffic filtering and sets conditions for its execution, including a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a required lateral distance of at least 50 cm from other vehicles. Filtering will not be allowed on pedestrian crossings or when approaching red traffic lights. Violations will incur fines categorized under class II sanctions, amounting to approximately 865 to 1,081.25 lei. The proposal is pending parliamentary approval.
