AquaVentura, the water park in Pantelimon, was inaugurated today after a seven-year delay, with a total investment of 200 million lei. The opening featured a promotional campaign allowing Sector 3 students free access until October 31, provided they reserve online. Mayor Robert Negoiță addressed attendees during the ceremony, highlighting the park's long-awaited launch. Originally set to open in 2019 with a budget of 115 million lei, the project faced significant delays and cost overruns, ultimately reaching 220 million lei. The park has been leased to a private company for 35 years.
