The euro has reached a record high against the Romanian leu, with the official exchange rate set at 5.3447 lei/euro by the National Bank of Romania. This surpasses the previous record of 5.2788 lei/euro from September 23. On the interbank market, the euro peaked at 5.3463 lei, with trading fluctuating between 5.3285 and 5.3463 lei. At Banca Transilvania, the selling rate for the euro was 5.4110 lei, while the buying rate was 5.2710 lei.
