The next auction will occur in less than two weeks, with the starting price set at approximately 138 million euros, down from 184 million euros. If no buyers emerge, the price may be further reduced to 50% of the evaluated value. The sale process has faced legal challenges from Damen Holding, a major creditor, but the current auction procedure continues. The shipyard is strategically important for Romania's defense industry, with a contract signed for military ship construction.
