He noted that despite previous calls for private initiatives in legislation, there has been little progress. Dan highlighted the importance of entrepreneurship in driving the economy and acknowledged the challenges in public-private synergy. He also addressed the concerns of Romanians in the diaspora regarding returning home, particularly about healthcare and education. Dan encouraged them to explore Romania's advancements in these areas, asserting that the country has made significant progress over the past two decades. He concluded by expressing a desire for partnerships with the private sector, academia, and the diaspora to improve the country.
