Estimare: Capacitatea de stocare a energiei din România va ajunge la minimum 4 GW putere la finalul anului viitor

Romania's energy storage capacity is expected to reach at least 4 GW by the end of next year, according to Liviu Gavrilă from RWEA. He emphasized the need for storage to match Romania's energy requirements and highlighted the importance of considering the regional market while focusing on national strengths. Currently, Romania is projected to achieve 2 GW of storage capacity by the end of this year. Gavrilă noted that Bulgaria's storage capacity ranges between 6 and 8 GW, with installed capacity between 12 and 15 GW. He believes that reaching a similar level of stability in Romania will significantly reduce the price gap between low and peak prices.
