The Hematology Department of Brașov County Clinical Emergency Hospital received a National Excellence Diploma for its contributions to Romanian Hematology. This recognition was part of the 50th anniversary celebrations of Hematology at Fundeni Clinical Institute. The award highlights the department's role in developing the field and acknowledges the visionary contributions of Dr. Gheorghiță Emanoil, who laid the foundation for hematology in Brașov since the 1980s.
