The Bucharest City Hall has shared updates on the Henri Coandă neighborhood construction site, where modernization works are ongoing on over 30 streets. The project, which started three months ago, involves more than 60 workers and nearly 30 machines daily. So far, work has begun on 22 of the 34 streets, focusing on asphalt paving, sidewalk construction, public lighting installation, green space rehabilitation, and urban furniture placement. The project is expected to be completed by August 2027, after being stalled for a decade. The total length of the streets to be modernized is 10,924 meters, including road markings and landscaping.
