North Bucharest Investments (NBI) attracted over 1,000 potential clients at the Bucharest Real Estate Salon 2026, leading to numerous property viewings and negotiations. The focus was primarily on studios and three-room apartments in Pipera and northern Bucharest. Offers included studios starting at €88,000 and three-room apartments from €127,000. CEO Vlad Musteață noted a shift in buyer behavior, with clients being more selective and informed. NBI reported significant transaction volumes, with over €320 million in 2025 and nearly €100 million in the first half of 2026. The residential property supply in Bucharest decreased by 34% compared to 2025, with new housing down by 31%.
