The research, covering 41 countries, shows a 6.7% rise in senior roles and a 3% decline in junior roles within five years. The trend is more pronounced in wealthier, digitalized economies. Although AI is linked to job growth, it automates tasks typically performed by junior employees, emphasizing the need for advanced skills.
