The Șinca Nouă municipality plans a significant upgrade of local road infrastructure, including the reconfiguration and asphalting of a communal road and 16 streets. The project, estimated at around 10 million lei, aims to improve access to households and tourist sites, particularly the DC 89 road leading to the Monastery of All Saints. This road currently has sections that narrow, necessitating costly widening interventions. The investment will also include systems for rainwater management to mitigate flooding issues. The entire project is expected to be completed in 54 months, enhancing connectivity in the area.
