The existing system fails to provide adequate comfort during hot days, leading to greenhouse effects. The contract for the upgrade has been awarded to Imsat Cuadripol, with a 90-day timeline for installation. The new system will include high-efficiency air treatment units and automated vents to ensure proper air circulation and energy recovery. This investment also addresses outdated heating and plumbing systems, which pose additional comfort and safety issues.
