ANAF declanșează Operațiunea F.O.C.U.S.: Se intră puternic în rețeaua caselor de schimb valutar

The General Directorate for Fiscal Anti-Fraud (DGAF) launches Operation F.O.C.U.S. targeting 180 currency exchange offices nationwide due to identified tax evasion risks. This operation follows a pilot project revealing high non-compliance rates among selected operators. The aim is to assess fiscal obligations and prevent behaviors that could reduce budget revenues and affect fair competition. ANAF inspectors will focus on the fiscalization of currency exchange operations, compliance with electronic cash register regulations, and the accuracy of recorded transactions. The coordinated checks will occur simultaneously across various counties and Bucharest.
