Victor Căpitanu, co-founder of One United Properties, announced advanced negotiations for luxury towers in Miami and Nashville, partnering with Fortune International Group. This collaboration aims to generate new profit lines through performance commissions. Căpitanu highlighted the potential for a 25-30% return on equity, similar to their Romanian projects, by attracting co-investors. The Miami project will be co-developed with Fortune, a leading real estate developer, while Nashville will feature a mixed-use tower with a hotel. One United has already invested in a site in Nashville, with a projected development value of €110 million.
