Un studiu întins pe 13 ani arată că o băutură preferată de români ne-ar putea proteja ficatul

A long-term study indicates that regular coffee consumption may significantly reduce the risk of liver diseases among participants. Over 13 years, involving more than 300,000 individuals, findings show a 32% lower risk of cirrhosis and a 47% decrease in liver cancer risk. The most substantial benefits were noted in those consuming over five cups daily, though moderate drinkers (1-2 cups) also experienced positive effects. Coffee appears to reduce fat, iron levels, and inflammation markers in the liver, making it a beneficial choice for many, especially in Romania where coffee consumption averages nearly three cups per day.
