During hearings by the IT Committees of the Senate and Chamber of Deputies, it was revealed that many institutions are at risk, with over 40,000 vulnerabilities reported. Lawmakers criticized the lack of timely action to address known weaknesses, emphasizing that the ANCPI attack was preventable. The situation raises concerns about the potential for future attacks on other institutions, with calls for improved awareness and action against cyber threats.
