Nicușor Dan convoacă CSAT. Armata și programul SAFE, pe agendă

The Romanian President Nicușor Dan has called a meeting of the Supreme Council of National Defense (CSAT) on September 7, 2026, to discuss key national security issues. The agenda includes the Army's equipment plan for 2027-2036 and the 'Romania Army 2044' program. Members will also review the SAFE program implementation and the U.S. military presence in Europe, focusing on enhancing American military presence in Romania. Other current national security topics will also be addressed during the meeting at Cotroceni Palace.
