Scandal de proporții în Estonia

Estonia's Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur resigned following a scandal involving a fraudulent arms deal with an Indian company, resulting in a loss of 70 million euros. The country had pre-paid for artillery rockets intended for Ukraine, but the supplier, Datasel, lacked experience in military contracts. Some materials received were unusable, and payments continued despite missed deadlines. Pevkur admitted to not thoroughly reviewing the contracts and is now under investigation by prosecutors. Datasel plans to sue Estonia, claiming it fulfilled its obligations before the contract was terminated.
