After stealing a car, he fled from police, leading to a crash that injured three people, including a 16-year-old girl. Witnesses described the chaotic scene as the stolen vehicle crashed into a terrace, narrowly missing patrons. The driver had a blood alcohol level of 1.02 and had a history of criminal behavior, including a previous conviction for robbery.
