The Romanian government is set to amend regulations concerning noise emissions from outdoor equipment, streamlining procedures and eliminating certain reporting obligations for manufacturers. The changes aim to align with EU legislation while maintaining existing noise limits and technical requirements. New emergency procedures will be introduced for crisis situations, allowing prioritized conformity assessments for relevant equipment. Additionally, the definition of CE marking and noise power levels will be updated, and methods for measuring noise will be revised to reflect European standards.
