All PESA trains delivered to CFR Călători had faulty air conditioning systems. Three units have been repaired, while two are still being addressed. The issue was reported weeks ago, and ARF confirmed that not all trains were tested under high temperatures. Defects were noted during the inaugural trip on August 6, attended by officials.
