Migration has nearly offset this loss, but demographic aging continues to rise. The proportion of individuals aged 65 and over increased slightly, while the share of children aged 0-14 decreased. The aging index reached 135.9 elderly per 100 youth under 15. Despite positive migration, the natural decrease remains significant, highlighting ongoing demographic challenges.
