The renovation of School 149 in Sector 3 of Bucharest has been completed after years of neglect, with the building previously under the administration of the General City Hall. Mayor Negoiță explained that the project faced delays due to administrative issues, but after the transfer to Sector 3, it progressed efficiently with European funding. The school now features increased classroom capacity and modern facilities, accommodating up to 1,100 students. Negoiță acknowledged the inconvenience caused during construction and expressed gratitude for the community's patience. The final touches are being made to the outdoor areas.
