Despăgubiri CASCO Omniasig: incendiile și derapajele au generat cele mai mari daune

Omniasig Vienna Insurance Group reported an increase in CASCO claims, with over 300 claims processed daily in the first half of 2026. The highest payout reached nearly 685,000 lei, reflecting an 8% rise in claims compared to the previous year. Common incidents included vehicle fires and collisions. The company emphasizes the importance of financial protection against traffic risks, noting that only one in ten cars in Romania has CASCO insurance. Despite a decrease in accidents, Romania still ranks high in road fatalities within the EU.
